INTRODUCTION
I am a loving mother of three (15,11 & 5) with an AS degree in computer science.  I have past experience with all types of daycare, preschool and after school programs. The majority of these programs failed to deliver the personal attention that was desired for my children. It didn't truly affect us until our son went into Kindergarten.  We thought our son was building his education, but he didn't receive it, and he was behind his grade level.  To our benefit, I decided to home school my 5-year-old son and he has excelled.  This past summer, he successfully tested through kindergarten and is now in the first grade.

I strongly feel that a good foundation of education in their early years will give them better educational skills that they can utilize in their coming school years.  I feel this is important and that I plan to apply these same principals to my preschool program on a 5 to 1 ratio while at the same time providing a warm nurturing and learning environment

THE PROGRAM
  • Only five (5) children will be accepted into the program. This will allow focused instruction and the opportunity for field trips to the park, zoo and science center, etc.
  • Hooked on Phonics will be utilized to develop the child's reading ability.
  • Basic math concepts will be taught using beans, flashcards, etc.
  • My preschool program is a developmental academic education to better prepare your child for kindergarten.
  • Windows98 based Computer available for learning and fun.
  • A typical day looks like this:
    7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Free Choice
    8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast
    9:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. Free Choice / Core Studies / Outdoor Play
    11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Lunch
    12:00 p.m. - 12:15 p.m. Story Time
    12:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Nap Time w/ Soft Music
    2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Snack Time/Yard Play/Computer/Coloring/Drawing/ Project
    5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Free Choice

THE FEES & REQUIREMENTS
  • Hours of Operation are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Parents are free and encouraged to visit anytime their child(ren) are under our care.
  • Children should be 2 through 5 years of age.

FEES (Please call for pricing)

  • (Monday through Friday), this includes breakfast, lunch and snacks. 
  • Registration Fee (Non-refundable upon cancellation, but applied towards third weekly fee.)
  • Annual Fee for Supplies.
  • Per child for an Earthquake Kit.
  • Field trips will be billed as they occur and only what is necessary to cover the child's actual costs.
  • All Fees must be paid in advance.
