International Lottery & Totalizator Systems and eLottery Sign Agreement To Process Internet Bets for UK Charity Lottery

CARLSBAD, Calif., March 7 /PRNewswire/ -- INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY & TOTALIZATOR SYSTEMS, INC. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITSI - news) announced today that it has signed an agreement with eLottery, Inc., a subsidiary of eLOT, Inc. (Nasdaq: ELOT - news) to process Internet transactions through the central computer system that ILTS operates on behalf of GTL Management Limited (GTLML). On March 27, 2000, GTLML is scheduled to launch a new on-line lottery, which will be operated for the benefit of various charities in the United Kingdom. Under an existing agreement with GTLML, a subsidiary of Global Technologies Ltd., (Nasdaq: GTLL - news), ILTS is providing a complete on-line system and facilities management to GTLML, which is the operating company on behalf of Inter Lotto (UK) Ltd., the company licensed by the Gaming Board of Great Britain for conduct the lottery.

The March 27th lottery launch will involve up to 3,500 retail outlets throughout the northern England area, and will offer a Pick Three game played under the name of ``Daily Number.'' Internet sales are expected to commence during the second quarter of 2000, pending final review of the Gaming Board for Great Britain.
